Para conseguir sua roupa de Sandboard, você precisará fazer uma troca simples com a NPC Melanie, ela pedirá uma Purple Big Leaf, que é o item que dropa da Shiny Bayleef.

Melanie: Hello! I'm here retreating from the Feraligatr. They are so strong! I need to evolve my Shiny Chikorita before being able to hunt here, but I need a Purple Big Leaf first!
Player: Purple Big Leaf
Melanie: With a Shiny Bayleef, I'm gonna own this island, haha! But hey, you don't have a sandboard with you, right? What about we make a deal. If you bring me a Purple Big Leaf, I'll give you my extra sandboard outfit.
Player: Yes
Melanie: Thank you so much! Now I'm gonna evolve my Shiny Chikorita and get stronger than my brothers Ron and Nicholas! Here, take my sandboard outfit! You are gonna be way faster in sand areas now! Cya!
